I wouldn't single out any one group of people. It is obviously referring to anyone who denies Jesus Christ is their Lord and Savior. That amounts to a whole bunch of people.

It refers to many groups of people. It refers to cults like the JW's and the Mormons. It refers to intellectuals who claim that Jesus was merely a good man and a wise teacher. It refers to the people who practice Islam and every other religion that seeks to supplant the worship of Jesus with some explanation for who He was other than the one given in the Bible.

I always thought that the Muslims were the anti christ. It could apply to any religion no based on Christ.

this verse isn't referring to any actual Antichrist, but any person who refuses to accept God and openly speaks against Him...i wouldnt attribute it to any specific group of people, except general non-believers
