One skillet easy hamburger casserole.........
Brown and season your hamburger meat with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion if you have it.
Add a cup of sour cream
and
A can of cream of mushroom soup.
Serve over noodles............MMMMMMMMMMMM!

Ground beef can be used in many ways everything from steak tartare to chili; casseroles like shepards pie and lasagna and of course meatballs in their countless forms. Also good with rice in cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, and spanish rice. Quickest and most variable is to crumble the ground beef and add whatever vegetables you like for a stir-fry.
