depends on how well you do it. depends on if u hit her g-spot.
its not size either, its the strokes.

for one .. females are different and like different things .. but most do achieve orgasm thru clitoris stimulation .. some but not all thru intercourse..and no .. there are some females that have never had an orgasm or has one every single time they have sex .. .... u just have to find out what she likes .. and how she likes it ... and work at it ... be patient ..

You have to work it. If you know what you're doing then she'll have an orgasm. Don't feel bad if she doesn't, it doesn't happen all the time. You'll need to practice in order to get it right (hint, hint).

No, we do not. We do have them if our partner is able to put the women first and make sure that she is fufilled. I was married for 10 yrs and did not experience an Orgasim because he only thought of himself.
