Not a DR sorry but work in the MH area. You are feeling overwhelmed with life at the moment and it is good that you recognize you are stressed. Take yourself off to a DR for an assessment and strategies on how to deal with the stresses in your life. You may need to re evaluate some things in your life in order to ease the burden. Whilst not suicidal right now it is a good time for intervention before it gets to that stage. You have asked for help now act on it.

Get professional help. When you start to not care if you live or die, that's a sign that you're drifting into a bad state of mind. Fix it before it gets worse. Other tips: Exercise every day (e.g., half an hour of walking). get a good night's sleep. call a friend or family member that you trust.
But get professional help.

What in your life is causing the stress, because that's the first thing that has to be addressed, secondly what in your life is making you unhappy where you don't care to live, unfortunately this is not a good site to be counselled on. so I would recommend that you seek a councillor in your area.

I know sometimes it seems like you are the only one in the world going through what you are. I've been there. Sometimes all you need is someone to listen. Someone to hear you and know what you are going through. Please allow me to be that person for you if you need it.
Dear Lord, I know not what to say to this person, but I do know that she is your child and you know the reason for her living. Please be with her, in her thoughts, and in her actions. Thank you for allowing me to pray for her. I know this isn't happen chance. Give her peace, for you are the giver of peace that passes all understanding. Let her know that she isn't the only person going through whatever it is, and that she doesn't have to do it alone because you are always present. I've been in that place and I know what a lonely place it can be, even as a Christian. I claim her victory in the name of Jesus! Amen.

I also don't care if I live or die, but I am not suicidal. I am depressed. I think you may be as well. Make an appt. to see your doctor or psychiatrist. Good Luck.

you deserve to thrive.
1) you need counselling
2) you need outlets (writing, walking, talking, pray, hobby, bible study, dance, bike, excersize)
3) you need stress reduction
4) you need Him to grant you the courage to change the things you can, accept the things you can't, and the wisdom to know the difference.
