Its based on a plausible mechanism of action by blocking cortisol which is linked with increased belly fat. However, there are SO MANY different causes of weight gain, I don't think I would try that as a primary means of losing weight.

Start off with good old diet and exercise and work from there if you haven't already.

If you have stress, you need to deal with the cause of stress. It's true that stress causes your body to release cortisol, which causes you to gain and retain weight. The answer isn't in pharmecueticals. The answer is in relaxation.

Too often, when we try to relax we do passive things like watch TV. You need to incorporate active relaxation into your lifestyle. That could be meditation, sauna, hot bath, massage, foot bath, sex, nature walks... anything that really relaxes you. Set aside 30 minutes of your day every day for relaxation time.

If you combine active relaxation with healthy diet and regular exercise, you won't need to waste your money and poison your body with chemicals like Relacore. Do it the natural way!
