good question i had one that was almost black with spots

There are as many spots on a dalmation as the number of licks it takes to get to the chewy center of a Tootsie Roll Pop.

I don;t think every dalmatian has the same amount of spots. I have never counted one. I will though because they are my dream dog!

it's like snowfall, shapes and number varies from one dalmation to another.

None, those are not black spots, the dog is black with a white overcoat that allows some black to show through....;o)

None they are actually black dogs with white "splotches" the illusion is that they are white with black dots but it is really the other way around.

it depnds on the dalmation. it varries. try counting them sometime. it will give u sonmething to do!!!
