the beatles came from here...
but its longest known for Liverpool Football Club. they have won the most titles for top flight soccer in the country but have never won the Premier League.. they're a very good team who recently won the UEFA Champions LEague tournament and boast many famous football players..
thats what its most famous for.. =)
