You know how they have this software on library computers that lets you sign on with your library card and only work for an hour? Well, I want to get something like that for my computer, for my sibblings to not be able to use the computer for like more then an hour a day? Is there such a program available? How much does it cost?

There are security features that allow you to add users and time alloted on the system. I use McAfee. Though, I do not have children, I have to limit the time my dog is online...(Joke)
McAfee has that feature. It will cost you.
