this is a family matter invovling finnances. would like privet arrangement away from c.s.a with no thurther involment by c.s.a can this be achived.so as to enjoy my relationship with my children and get on with my life and met someone special.

you cant get awqy from csa at all,mediation to organise a private arrangement will never work and if you went ahead with it what ever the arrasngemet you have to tell centrelink about it and then they dub your payments for your kids,then if your ex doesnt pay and do what he says he was gonna do theres nothing you can do i went through this for 7 years had mediatoion went through family court a hundred times nothing worked out,finally i accepted the csa do there job at leave it at that

Honestly the c.s.a. is the best and fairest way to go both for the one seeking payment and the payee. If necessary they will garnishee wages or centerlink payments. If you don't work through them you will have your centerlink payment underpaid to you
