When you are old enough to fully comprehend that it isn't just a hormonal act - there are potential consequences and YOU will have to deal with those - some can be inconvienient, some deadly (AIDS) and some an absolute horror (getting pregnant).

Definitely on your wedding night. Then you will have God's blessing. I know it's a tough decision and I sound like a Grandma but I am only 31 and I have made to many mistakes in life because I started having sex way to early. Now I want to wait until I am married to start having sex again, so God will bless my relationship and my life.

age really isnt a factor in a situation like this! and the only time ne one is really ready to have sex is when they know that it is the right thing for them and theyre not just giving it up to fit in or to please someone else. so if this question is directed towards urself, then dont just ::give it up:: make sure its something that u know u wont regret after its all over! When you are old enough to plan ahead to use safer sex practices, you are old enough to have sex. I think for most people it is not eariler than 16.

I think 17 or 18. If your not ready mentally for the changes that happen when you do have it, your gonna be in some pretty tight crap. I'm 15, not 35, so...........i'm not some wierd experienced adult, lol. Hope i helped.
