The Answer is Yes you can get your belongings, you need to call and set up an appointment to do so, most states require that you have ten days to get your stuff or make back payments to get your vehicle back before it goes to auction or before it can be sold again. If you want to get your vehicle back you will be responsible for repo fees, tow charges and storage fees, all of which will need to be paid either to get vehicle back or these cost will be added to your final bill with your lender along with auction cost, recondition fees and whatever else they can think of. It is my suggestion that you attempt to get vehicle back so that you are paying for something that you have and not what you don't have.

Call the police nearest you. They are made aware that the car is being repoed in case you call to report it stolen. They will either tell you who to call to find out where it is or they will tell you where it was taken. Hopefully not too far away. Good luck.

no they are not required to because the car is still their property until it is paid for so your stuff is like collateral for them now. (or you can just go get it when they are closed)

Just get the cop to escort you there, I think you should be able to, unless you run into somebody who you pissed off.
