well, if you want to meet a girl who will go out with you, try shorter girls.
The guy i used to have a huge crush on was 5'5.

I'm assuming you are asking this question to get a read of how women react to short men generally.
For the most part, I am not attracted to short men, but in my experience, the exterior of a guy becomes much less important when he has a great personality, knows himself, is confident but not cocky, has a great sense of humor, and has other aspects of his life in order (financial, spiritual, etc.). Short guys may have a harder time than tall guys getting noticed by women, but their stature should not be their defining feature.
FYI, I have a very attractive cousin who would RATHER date short men. Really. I also know a guy who is a few inches shorter than me (I'm 5'5") who has a girlfriend. He also has a winning personality-- great sense of humor, great work ethic, great personality-- not at all a self-absorbed asshole. His height is not an issue for him, therefore, it's not an issue for other people.

Hell yeah, the guy I am in to right now is that height. I am 5 foot 2 so I am into shorter guys.
