If something you didn't buy appears on your credit card statement or credit report, call the company immediately. Also, you will want to notify the credit bureaus of the fraud. Go to www.annualcreditreport.com. There will be directions there to report problems with your credit report.

Check the Bankruptcy's "Creditor's Holding Unsecured, Non-Priority Claims", and see if that account number is on there.

Sometimes a creditor will still try to collect even after your debt has been discharged.

Call your bank ASAP and alert them to this. Stop your credit card and report the frauds RIGHT NOW.

There should be a number on the back of your cards.

Um, not sure what that has to do with bankrupcey.... but if you have an account opened in your name that is not yours, it is fraudulent and you need to follow up immediately if you dont want to be responsible for the debt!!

edited to add: You probably got your identity compromised--- take care of this IMMEDIATELY. Contact the account that is shown on your report, contact ALL THREE credit bureaus so they can be 'on alert" and then contact ALL YOUR credit cards / account and tell them to watch the accounts for unusual activity.

call the police, if you didn't sign your name to any kind of contract, then someone else is doing it in your name, and are committing fraud.

either that, or you forgot to include something in your bk. I forget how much time you have to amend.. i doubt it's a year though..

Old accounts can pop up at anytime. Especially if you have applied for credit or have disputed anything on your credit report. It sucks but it happens. Plus they can do.

Order a copy of your credit report pronto........there are ways you can fix it if it is not your debt...................also check for alias' on report someone may have forged your name to get credit, even if they are paying on it it is not your deal and it is their bad!
