I know of 2 families that did in Oklahoma City, through the bank with their illegal papers and illegal socials and it didn't matter because the money that they gave down was good and if they let it go the bank just resells it. Of course once they purchased the house they had room in it for 5 or 6 more families to illegal bring up from Mexico.

Yes they can! They have to have what is called an ITIN for reporting purposes to the IRS.....which the IRS provides once they have filled out a W7 form requesting an ITIN. There are different mortgage requirements for foreign nationals than for US citiens with an SSN.

Yes, because foreigners can. It depends on the state and the bank whether they are able to get a loan. However, banks only care if they will get paid back.

Heck they can even vote in Oregon. A house? well now that is a guarantee. Our State government will bend over backwards to give them a house.

I know they can buy cars in the US so I would imagine it works the same with houses. If they have the money, they can buy it.

Unfortunately yes, they can? Unlike us we have to prove documentation like Driver License or even proof of income.

yes they can and they can also get a car on credit with out having good cradit in someplaces if you have a good job
