6.2% of your earnings will be FICA taxes ($655*2)*6.2% = $81.22

1.45% of your earnings will be Medicare taxes ($655*2)*1.45% = $19.00

A % for your federal taxes, depends on what you put on you W-4. If you claim single and one dependent it would be about $110. Check out the Payroll guide on the IRS web site for the W/H tables

A % for you state taxes, if you live in a state with income tax. You will need to go to your states dept of revenue web site to view that states W/H tables

It depends on what you claim, state taxes, etc. A rough estimate would be approximately 22% of your check will go out the door before you see it.

All you have to do is ask the Human Resources at your place of employment.

It would probably depend on how many dependents you have or claim.
