Boiling is way better than frying. Less calories and you do not have to workout extra. So try boiling. It's a better option.

Try frying it for a minute or two till its browned, then boil it. I found that if you just boil it without frying it first, it falls apart.

Like someone else said, it takes most of the fat out and still tastes good. The grease left behind in the boiling water looks gross... that could have been in your body...

this is actually a very common occurrence. Food service at ballparks and stadiums will often grill a number of hamburgers and then place those burgers in a pan full of beef broth which is placed on the grill and allowed to simmer. This accomplishes two things; it guarantees that the burger has been thoroughly cooked and it it guarantees that the customer will not have to wait .

Yes i have boiled a hamburger instead of frying it and they are better for you without all the grease becuse if you fry them they have a lot of grease and if you boil them it takes most of the grease out therefore they are better for your health.

The worst hamburger I have ever ate was hospital food , I think it was cooked with steam, or boiled.
