I was threatened by two people who are Wicca and I don't know much about their practices.

What did you say to them to piss them off? Wiccans notwithstanding, they're still human beings, and most human beings won't threaten someone without being provoked.So you must have done something that was just flat out rude, insulting or ignorant to make them mad.

For one thing the correct term is Wiccan not wicca wicca is the religion a person of wicca is called a wiccan. I have been practing for almost 13 years. As I have read in the other answers what does the religion of someone matter on why they were threatening you. As I can only answer for myself unless you were trying to push your religion down their necks (sorry cant spell) or something to that effect. I dont know why they would threaten you. But being afraid of? I dont know anything but normal things that every person is afried of that a wiccan would be scared of to. We are normal people. Just with a different religion. Wicca is based on the symbols, seasonal days of celebration, beliefs and deities of ancient Celtic society.
With that being stated, your question makes it seem you believe they are monsters or evil demons of sorts. They are people, they have the same fears as what any other religion would have.
There must be a reason of why you where threatened. I would take the threat by person not by religion. I personally believe that religion whatever it be, has to do little of how a person acts to another. But if they do act to someone because they are of a certian religion..there is no reason for that person to live in a Free country.
Now if you do not live in a free country, like the USA, I'm not sure of what your laws are..I would say follow those.

"Threatened"? How so? Since the basic tenet of Wicca is "Harm none", if they were threatening you I'd wonder if they were really Wicca or just using the title because it's "k3wl". Unfortunately there are many who look to Wicca because of the magic and "power" they want to get from it, without understanding what the spiritual path really is.

If they were threatening you they either really weren't Wiccans or they were posers. You get those sorts in every religion who say they're one thing but turn around and do the exact opposite.
Wiccans worship a God and a Goddess and have a deep reverance for nature and the cycles of the seasons. You can find out more at http://wicca.timerift.net

Why would they threaten you? Wicca are very docile in nature usually. They live by different standards and attitudes. Obviously you said something with which you were not familiar!! Next time you open your mouth you should do some research!!

I thought Wicca was earth worship and that they were all kind of like "hippies" kind of. I have known a few and they were nothing but nice. All i know is they worship the earth (like the Indians) and i don't know what they would be afraid of, although i think they believe what ever they do to someone else comes back on them like 7 times or something, so i think they would really think about it before they did something to you.

? Iam Wiccan and we are afraid of many of the same things other people are. Were they threatening to curse you? If they did they arent really Wiccan and they will get whatever they you to do back. The Goddess and God dont like negative spells. Blessed be.

I really don't think they are afraid of anything in particular, any more so than all other human beings. Just like all groups of people, there are good and bad ones in the midst. Maybe you just ran into some scary ones! I've met some very nice Wiccans.
