Yes, it is www.annualcreditreport.com. You can get your reports from all three bureaus. If this is the first time you are getting your reports, do them all at once. If you are just making sure everything is ok, pull one from one bureau every four months. for example, pull a report in august from experian, then in january from transunion, and in may pull equifax. repeat this every four months and you will be pretty on top of your history. Oh, make sure you know what should be on your credit reports because they ask you some questions about old accounts or address to verify your identity.

But in any situation it wont be free. If it is, I'd be highly suspicious.
