a new user account appeared on my computer..
it was invisible at first, but then I noticed it on tweak UI and set it to visible...
it's password protected, so I can't go in it... It's a limited account, and its name is "ASP.NET Machine A"
anyone know what's happening?

Yes ASP.NET is used on all computers at one point in time, it is totally safe, ( As long as it has the Limited User Account). Mine has it and it's been on here for a long time now, Don't Freak, Read this to get a better understanding of what it is and what it does,, Leave it alone....

ASP.NET is a built-in account, you dont have to worry about that., but you can delete it if you want to.
right click my computer>manage and then on manage click local users. You can find that user there. You can either delete it or change the password by right clicking on it.

go to control panel/user accounts/and delete it.

It is for netframework. It is put there by microsoft.
