I can't download it for some reason... anyone know what the problem could be.. or what I need to do to download it? Also, I can't download Shockwave. Could that have something to do with service pack 2?

If your running windows xp, and its registered to you and you get regular updates you should allready have service pack 2.Do you have your automatic updates turned on?.Or go to your start menu -all programs--microsoft update.

If you have a pirated version of XP, you will not be able to download service pack 2 until you make it legal. You also won't be able to download critical updates for windows.

Your windows may not be genuine, and there ay be a problem with the Shockwave download site.

Only download from the Microsoft website for one and depending on your browser, sometimes you can only download through Internet explorer! Peace!
