Race - We don't pick our race so it is not something that we can change so that is morally wrong.
Class - in some cultures you can change your class but not all. Nor does everyone have the means to change their class (I can't marry a prince to change my class).
Nationality - we don't control what country we are born in and sometimes we can not change our citizenship even if we want to. We may disagree with a governments policies but that does not mean all the citizens support them or agree with them.
And last is Religion. - these are what makes up a persons beliefs. Unless they harm others or cause discrimination why would you be prejudice? This is the one most likely to cause prejudices because this is what people choose in their lives. We tend to not accept what we do not understand or believe. We control our religion. So this is the one most find acceptable.

But all prejudices are wrong. We should be tolerant of each other and accept each other. This does not mean we have to agree with each other and give support to each other but that we have to allow each other to make our own lives as long as they do not cause harm to others.
