You cracked it so take off the cover and use clear fingernail polish on the crack to glue it back together. Allow 24 hrs to dry

I have never used clear fingernail polish to fix anything but chigger bites The speaker box was not large enough for the sound you like to listen to and the speaker Driver moved to much air and the box exploded! right! More amps larger box and bigger speakers until the next thing that breaks is the windows. Clean clear sound is less destructive. Bass takes lots of power!

I'm conflicted on answering this question. If the problem is in your box actually having damage, get a new box. If the problem originates from your speaker itself playing weird sounds, then its clearly a problem with the speaker. If there is a tear in the cone or surround material, might as well get a new speaker, unless you can cheaply repair it, chances are no. If there is no visible damage but the speaker is making scratchy sounds while playing, then its likely you burned the voice coils. I've done it, and it sounds annoying, in which case, get a new speaker.
