I dunno. I've never been suspended, and I've had my avatar change its skin color many times. I even posed as a black woman to see if I would be treated differently. Thankfully I didn't see a difference.
I think it all has to do with the type of questions and answers you provide. If they are not offensive to other people, you probably won't have to worry about being reported.
