It's average. If you could get down to 24%-25%, that would be ideal. My body fat is 26% and I'm trying to get it down to 24%.

But your body fat isn't bad, it's just it could be better. HTH.

Well, according to the booklet that came with my scale that measures percentage body fat, that's only a couple percentage points short of obese (for women -- men should have a bit less), but it is still in the "overweight" range, not actually obese. I don't know how "average" compares to "healthy" in this situation.

That is an average body fat percentage for females.

I dont think its very good, but it can always be decreased by eating right and excercise.
