Tell her you want to take her out to dinner to celebrate her win. Order the most expensive thing on the menu. After you take your last bite of desert, order an after dinner drink, then excuse yourself to the restroom. Climb out the window of the restroom, get in your car and leave her stuck with the check!

a gift is a gift and should be given with no strings attached.Legally she owes you nothing. If she does like to gamble like you say then she should know that when you win big you tip the dealer ,your good luck charm or the person who took you or bought the tickets etc. but that is not mandatory. You gave her the tickets she won the winnings are all hers. by the way big winners usually tip 100 per 1,000 won or 10%

Sorry Hun, its all hers. If it was a gift you are not entitled to anything. The fact that you bought the ticket for 'her' means you are not entitled to anything. Unless ofcourse that was the agreement prior to you buying her the ticket.
Plus, if she has a gambling problem that money is already gone.

If she was nice, she would offer to split it with you and if you weren't a greedy person you would turn it down.
You bought her a gift - it is a done deal.
You really meant to give her $2 instead of a lottery ticket? Nobody believes that. You would buy lottery tickets for someone with a gambling problem - WHY?

You really have to be kidding. Let the woman keep the money. If you gave her the tickets with no strings attached, and did not say that if they won you wanted half, then you are not entitled to it. Sorry for you!

You silly goon...If you gave her the tickets they are hers...weather she wins or loses...that's just the way the rules of the game are. Next time keep the tickets for yourself and give her money to buy her own tickets okay? Unless you talk about this before-hand it's hers to do with what she wants...maybe she will buy you some tickets in return?????

Sorry to say that would be indian giving (i know childish) but if she is nice she will give you some of the profits, and you learn from your mistakes. Maybe she will take you on a trip or buyyou something nice
