Read Isaiah 53...surely he hath born our griefs, and carried our sorrows...he was wounded for our transgressions...he shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. This is a prophecy of the coming of Jesus to die on the cross for our sins and rise again for our justification.
Read Matthew 11:28-30...Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest... Because Jesus lives and loves you, life is worth the living.
And read II Corinthians 7:10- For godly sorrow works repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world works death.

If you've been down for a long time, you could be suffering from depression. Either way, this book will help:
http://www.seekwellness.com/bookstore/books/book65.htm
It got me past major depression. I've been cured for over a year. This was after several doctors and medications. Two doctors didn't think I would ever get over it. The book teaches you how to rethink things and turn negatives into positives. After a few weeks of practice, you begin to automatically replace negative thoughts and feelings with positive ones and start feeling better. It's far more effective than drugs and longer lasting. Give it a try. You've got nothing to lose but a little money and time. It will work, if you give it a chance.
'Nuff said?

i imagine I understand. Its like even as something disturbes you or discourages you, you're afraid you could not carry out at your brilliant and end really than mess it up. a million) Ask God to heal your damaged spirit 2) commence through doing issues on my own with out outdoors interference that you do properly 3) each in certain situations interest and priorities are diverse. Write down your priorities and do them. Like a mom with 4 childrens. He interest may be snowboarding in Alaska yet her prioritis may overtake her passions. 4) Serve Jesus. in truth some say its the utmost honour. once you spot diseases healed, souls saved and human beings presented back from the useless, your interest i'm very particular will come back yet for diverse issues except the former pasisons.
