Ask friends or family for suggestions. If you'd like something funny try a name that sounds extra human like Bob or Marge. My sister once named a bird JB. It had a nice sound to it so nowbody questioned it till years later-we found out it stood for "Just Bird." So maybe JD for "just dog?"
