Via the telephone recently, my father (who lives very far away from me) informed me that I've turned out better than he ever expected. For example, he told me that he always wondered if I was going to actually have to live with him and mum or on the streets as opposed to this apartment I'm in. He also told me that he's surprised I've lived this long and still have white teeth...or that I have any teeth at all (I have all of them left, just so that you know...).
In addition, while I was speaking with him, I dropped the telephone because I tripped on one of my chairs and fell...I hit my nose on the floor really hard and got a nosebleed as a result of my fall. I scrambled to pick up the phone, apologized profusely, and requested to hang up, but call later so that I could tend my minor injury. My father agreed, and after I called him back, he complimented me on my gracefulness, but I think he was being sarcastic. I'll have to ponder that though to make sure...

"That's a nice shirt". I've had other/nicer compliment's but I really fancy the person that said this to me. She could have said "You don't look as ugly today as you usually do" and it would have been better than any compliment a supermodel could have given me.

The nicest copliment that i was given recently was that i was pretty , and it was given to me by a person i know meant it.

I work at a bank and one of my wealthy customers told me on Monday that I was looking very nice and that my smile was perfect it lights up the room. How sweet. He's like a grandpa to me. I've helped his account by referring him to a financial advisor!!!

Last Saturday a lady told me she couldn't believe I had 18-year-old twins, because I look like I'm only 18 years old.

I was at a waterpark in my bathing suit and this girl came up and told me that I had a beautiful stomach! But it was kinda weird cuz she was a girl and I am a girl so... but who couldn't like my six pack! lol
