A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

There are lots of night classes that teach English.Keep practicing with a friend willing to help and ask her to correct the wrong pronunciations.Libraries usually have tapes and if not maybe you could buy one and if you can afford it there are always tutors.
I think it's great you want to improve your English.Good luck with it.

well first of all learn to understand the english dictionary and how to use it. it is not the best but it will help you to know how a word should sound. how it is spelled. then read all the books you can. find friends who have patience to help you correct how you speak. understand that this way is correction not making fun of you. if you do not understand a word ask. the only stupid question is the one you do not ask.
