Are you trapped in the elevator for hours and hours or just can't wait til the next floor? I would have to say NO, unless trapped for many hours.

Next time you go out, have plastic bags ready in your bag and a funnel. Use them for peeing. After peeing, tie it up and trash it in the nearest toilet.

Umm...well if you really have to go and can't hold it in you know wait until you get to a bathroom then I guess it is ok.But if you do it on purpose that is just plain wrong.
