Depending upon the condition and ability to prove to a possible buyer that it runs well, you may be able to get up to a few hundred dollars for it. But due to the age, I would do all I could to clean and polish it up as much as possible and offer a guarantee to a buyer. Use the following link as a guide. I think around 2 thousand dollars. You could probably get it for around 1100 if you shop around and haggle a little bit.

If you're trying to sell it, you could get around 1300.

These are just educated guesses, so I don't know for sure. This is just what I'd expect judging from the typical prices of used jetskis.
