what's the easiest way to get my air frames and power plants liscences?

i've been in the marine corps for almost 4 years in aviation, working on helicopters

Contact your local FAA Flight Standards District Office. You can get credit for your military experience. There are a lot of schools to help you prepare for the tests.

they have college classes for that on base. emery riddle is the school when i was in the air force there was always one on our bases. good luck to you.
