Your exercise looks excellent, but your food intake is not enough, you're probably barely taking in 500 calories, and this is not good, because of the exercise your body is needing fuel. You need to eat more. Eat something, even if small for breakfast, have maybe a sandwich for lunch (subway or deli meat at walmart deli) use wheat bread. Have a dinner, many good frozen ones low in calories are good, weight watchers, healthy choice, they have everything from pizza to spaghetti and it's all low cal. Get some of those if you can. You can eat great and still stay under 1800 calories. You need some carbs for energy, without them you will be too tired.
When you're exercising you really need to eat well, and it's ok because your body will use it up. It's the sweets and fats that are putting on the weight, if you watch it you can really make this enjoyable!
Think about getting a multiple vitamin, a daily one, to make sure you're getting all of your vitamins, even the child chewables are good enough, take care of yourself, it sounds like you're trying to be healthy, good for you! Hope some of this helps you...

No, it doesn't sound very healthy at all. You need to make sure you always have breakfast for two reasons. It gives you energy first thing in the morning when your body has been starved all night, this stops you from having cravings mid-morning by keeping your sugar levels stable. It also kick starts your metabolism making weight loss easier.
Walking is fine, but if you really want to burn calories, you need to step it up a bit, you could try jogging, cycling, aerobics, swimming or taking up a sport.
Your dinner sounds unhealthy, you should be getting plenty of protein, vegetables and only low GI carbs. You also need to eat a proper lunch, not just two apples. How about a chicken salad or backed potato.
I'd also suggest reducing your calorie limit to 1,500. The funny thing is, that if you exchange the unhealthy foods for healthy foods, you'll actually be able to eat a lot more than you currently are and it will be a lot less calories!
Good luck : )

It's probably better to get a little carbs and dairy in as well. I'm on 1200 cal with dry whole grain cereal and yogurt for breakfast, raw fruits and veggies for lunch, a Luna bar for a snack and usually a grilled chicken breast and salad for dinner and lots of water of course. I do cardio 3-5 times a week for 1 hour and yoga and/or pilates every day. I'm losing 2-4 lbs a week with a 8 lb loss in the first week.

Look, if there are healthy thoughts you will have healthy friends. If you have healthy friends you will have healthy thoughts. One follows the another. If someone says words of warmth then my heart (my emotional mind) feels good, but my mind says something somewhere is wrong because no one can say words of warmth to people like me. Its not my problem but I don't display my character, so theres hardly anyone who comes to know much about me. And those who know will prefer silence or a small smile to make me feel good. :)

I dont think this is healthy. Even tho im on a diet myself, its a fact that you should always eat breakfast *(morning meals) That's your start of the day. And you should really try to eat from each section on the food pyramid, i'm pretty sure you can do that without going over your calorie limit. :)

You need to be eating more good carbs. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Eat a wide variety of healthy foods throughout the day. The more you eat, the more weight you'll lose.

It's terrible. You are lacking in nutrition. You need to eat breakfast. Eat at least a whole grain cereal. You need to add veggies and avoid anything with white flour. You also need to add cardio.
