It'll cook it, but not as well

They show a tall container on TV that is supposed to cook pasta in the microwave.

Hell. No. Those are called INSTANT NOODLES! Actual uncooked pasta will require for you to boil water and then put it in.

Never ever microwave tem in water! Never!

I've done it many times and it turns out no differently than if you made it on the stove.

Put your pasta and water into a corningware dish. Turn it on for 10 mins, drain the water. Fix however you want.

Yes, but you have to watch it like a hawk, as it will tend to boil over. Use a very large microwave safe bowl for ample room.

yes u can .. I work in a school lunch room .. we do it all the time .. just put ur pasta in a micowave bowl cover pasta with water .. mirowave until done

whatever u do, dont put it in for longer then 5 mins and take it out and poke the water. sometimes it bursts because the water contains so much energy.

nope. it will ruin the pasta. make sure the water is boiling. then put the pasta in

You could but it would take longer to cook than if you cooked it on the stove, so just make it on the stove.

yes, just wash the pasta first if you don't plan on draining and rinsing it after you cook it.
