If shes in labor, loose bowel movements are common from hormonal changes and such. However, blood in the stool is never a good sign. Animals obviously do bleed when in labor but the intestines and the uterous as are the two orifices of the anus and vagina are two totally different organs and blood coming out of one will not affect the other. This could be a symptom of a wide range of ailments from an intestinal parsite to bladder stones, to poor quality food and everything inbetween. I highly recommend taking her to the vet.

She is probably in labor but you can call the vet and ask. But if you don't have a vet look thru your phone book and there should be a shelter oor kennel and they will give advice over the phone if they are open now.

She's probably very close to labor! I'd call the vet just to be sure you don't need to take her in.
