i was just curious, being Christian myself.
If there are those who aren't Jesus who say they are,
then how would we know?

How would he be known around the world?
By the media?
If he was to be publicized,
how many people would actually believe it?
I'm so confused!

I'm one that is easily influenced by what the media says,
propaganda, media lies, i always fall for them.
But if this were to happen,
i don't know if i could believe it.

So what I'm asking is how would he become known and why would people believe him? Would people think that he's lying even if they are in a Christian branch of religion?

Thanks, i just wanted to know your opinion and perhaps be less confused.

:)

I don't think we will miss it when He returns. It will be a "big deal!" Revelation tells us He will return in the sky and not only that, He will have 144,000 believers with Him....How could that be overlooked. Dear Christian brother, you will know! Have faith in your salvation! And know that it will be a glorious day if He does return in our lifetime. Blessings!

I think that when the rapture happens few people will even realize that it happened. That is what i really believe. There will be several missing persons , but i don't think it will be like everyone thinks, because the bible say that narrow is the gate and few will find it. It is not easy to walk the christian path and not as many are on the right path as you would think. Now, when Jesus returns -you will know. It will be a time of war ,but he will come from the east with his army out of the sky-you will know-no media will have to tell you.

Jesus said that those that follow Him know His Voice. He is the good shepherd.

If your are a born again christian, don't you read the Holy Bible & pray to God in Spirit & Truth?

Every Christian has been given the Holy Spirit by measure.
1 John 2:27 But the anointing you have received of Him abides in you, and you need not that any one teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it has taught you, you shall abide in him. The Holy Spirit is your safety blanket. You can trust the Holy Spirit.

When it comes to God, the Holy Spirit confirms the Lord Jesus Christ & confirms the Father God. These three are one & agree. The Holy Spirit gives spiritual discernment. God will let you know if someone is actually an anitchrist.

There are tests to be done. Test the spirits to see if they are from God. Do they deny the Father & the Son? Do they deny Jesus Christ is LORD? Do they deny the power of the cross, that Jesus shed His blood for the remission of our sins. If it is a person claiming to be Jesus Christ, you can also ask that person to show you the scars in His hands, feet & side? Jesus showed these to doubting Thomas after He rose from the dead.

Personally, I think that you need to get to know your LORD just a little bit more, by praying to Him in Spirit & Truth. Ask for the gift of spiritual discernment. Study the Holy Bible as God directs.

Today, all Christians need to give God their first fruits of time every morning. Pray in the Spirit to God. Follow His direction throughout the day.

My Pastor just preached a clear message on end times & how to be ready. I encourage you to purchase the message. It is really good. I guess the price would be $4 plus postage. Church phone number is 253-859-0832. Web site: riveroflifefellowship.org. Evening message "Hold Fast To The End, #3465 8-20-06 pm".

I believe this message would clear any confusion.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
However there will be three and one half years of great tribulation. Prior to that 2/3 of the American people must die.

Online, go to tomorrows world, click on books go to page 4 down load and read. The United States and Great Britain in Prophecy. It is free. Oh! yes don't buy that rapture stuff that people try to sell. The word rapture is not to be found in the Bible. You know, it is like that lie they tell about Jesus born in December. Jesus was killed in the month of April, He was 33 and 1/2 years of age. Count forward until he would have become 34. Yep. October

Another lie the world tells us that Jesus was put into the tomb on Friday prior to sunset and rose Sunday morning. Count, that is two ( 2 ) night and one day. However Jesus said. Mat 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. If my eyes don't fail me, I believe Jesus said three days and three nights.

Check this out God tells us that the evil wicked people will be cast into a fire and burned up. The Christan world and the world of sinners tell us there is an ever burning hell with and everlasting punishing. The above scriptures tell us it is a one time deal. A one time punishment.

Take a look. The world will have you believe that you will go to heaven and do what they are never quite certan. Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
There are many, many more lies that you need to discover that the everday so called Christian teaching. Good luck. Have a good day and God Bless.

When Jesus returns there will be no mistaking it. He is not coming quietly like He did as a babe in Bethlehem. He will return to the Mount of Olives -and the mountain will be split in two forming a valley going East/West! See Matthew chapt. 24 and Zechariah 14:4

Although many people interpret the book of Rev. literally and think that when Christ returns every eye shall see him this is not necessarily so. I personally believe that he may return and be denied by mainstream pseudo-Christianity because of their misinterpretation of prophesy. It is possible that Christ could be mistaken for the anti-Christ by those who believe in the futurist view of biblical prophesy. As far as how anyone can know well that is up to each persons own understanding of prophesy, those who understand correctly will know when Christ returns and those who have a misunderstanding will deny him.

Read Revelation. It describes in detail how you will know.

For example, "Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him." Revelation 1:7.

Also in Matthew: "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." Matthew 24:27.

By Faith. The bible says we will all see Him He'll be comming in the clouds and riding a white horse.Pretty amazing, simultaneously Gabriel the messenger angel will blow the trumpet. With the advancement of tv and media who knows it could very well be broadcasted all over the world. It's one of those facts of His word were we don't know the surrounding details. We just have to trust in Him I'm sure He's got everything right right down to the last detail. All i can say is read the last book in the bible, it will tell you about Jesus return. Like the land is going to be in darkness at midday and the moon is going to become blood red. Just read the last book in the bible that is revelation.
