not only do you have to go to the gym but you have to eat healty and diet. Try do situps jumping jacks or running marathons or something like that. Do a morning walk or jog. Eat alot of fruits and vegtables and not too much sugar and fat foods.

Lets see, you started Monday, this is Tuesday. You got a long way to go, kiddo. It will be something like 3 weeks before you notice any change. But before that time, you will, in subtle ways, start to feel better.

You can due all the ab exercises you want, but won't achieve your ultimate goal until you start eating right. Try to stay away from Trans Fats and Sugars and exercise 3-5 times per week.
