I like to use Garnier Fructise, it makes my hair super soft and protects it, for a shampoo try Dove intese moisture, it is good if you already have damaged your hair.

a spray...go to your hairdresser and ask what the best spray for your hair...
then spray every peice of hair before you straighten it and it will look as good as mine...
which looks pretty dang good
