You may loose anywhere from an average 2 to 5 pounds a week, depending on your physical activity, metabolism and the content of your salads.

Be careful with salads. Many salads are loaded with nuts, dried fruit, fried chicken, cheese and fattening salad dressings. Sometimes the fat and calorie content in a salad can be more than a small burger and fry.

I think it is more important to maintain a healthy weight eating healthy food. Slimfast and salads can be part of a healthy meal plan, but should not be your entire meal plan.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I assume that you are over 20 and this answer.We all know that reduction of weight in a short time without exercise is next to impossible along with proper diet.Just eating salad will give you a very good complexion and no acidity hence there will be some reduction along with a sagging neck line and loose belly which will get back into its shape as soon as you stop this salad diet.
I suggest that you some exercise and walking regularly ,that is for 3 months at least along with proper control over your calories intake ,your weight reduction is guaranteed gradually with good healthy skin and complexion,continue doing so and you will remain so .wishing you all the best in the healthy way to weight reduction . I know ,It is easy said than done

It depends but Slimfast is not healthy. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

I have been doing slimfast for 3 months now-once a day and some days twice a day-I have lost 12 pounds

Yep, Moses is right. You can lose a lot of weight this way, but I doubt if you want to eat this way forever. As soon as you go back to regular eating you will end up weighing more than when you started out to lose. Just try to eat healthy and exercise, eat in a way that you can continue with for the rest of your life.

Certainly enough weight to end up in the hospital when you're malnourished and all your electrolyte levels are seriously messed up. Great idea and good luck when you go into renal failure. then again kidney function is overrated.

depends of how active you are...you should also take a daily vitimen and drink alot of water. I suggest walking everday
