You can tell from the signs like when he gets bored lately.. doesn't call often as he used to, tells you he's got other plans and forgets about your own plans... makes too many excuses... you usually can tell, go by your instinct.
If he CARES for you, you can tell by how much time he has to spend with you,calls you often, makes plans and sticks to them unless there is a valid excuse, and you would know your his #1!!

Recently happened to me. When it feels like he starts drifting away. To be honest, if you are asking this question he might, dare I say, be bored. Talk to him, tell him how you feel, find out the truth. I say if he for example, says he is going to call and does its a plus however if the opposite happens...it might be time you two become friends. Good luck

If you are asking then he is obviouslt doing something that makes you think he is bored with you. He probably is.
