All on line pay sites explicitly state, "Allow 2-3 days for payments to be posted."

Write a letter and you may be able to have it corrected. Maybe! Worth a try, so that your account doesn't reflect a late payment.
Be sure to have a printout of the statement with the payment reference number.

You also should be able to email from your account on line.
Good luck.

I think it depends on which credit card and bank you have. My first premier credit card account is always paid on the due date online but I've never had a late charge. The time is also included. If I pay after 3:00 p.m. its credited to the next buisness day which would be considered late.

Yes that is a late payment.

It doesn't matter when you sent it; all that matters is when they received it. Most have a cutoff time stated specifically in the fine print. But CLEARLY if they didn't get it until the 15th, then it was late.

There is customer service if you pay attention to the recordings it will connect you to a real person...eventually.

It is late. Sorry. You got that bill long in advance with a 25 day grace period and the 25th day was the 14th. Anything after that is considered late. Sorry, you have to give at least 3-5 days for banks to get the funds to them as stated in agreement.

I know all had same problem - better pay 5 days before due date. That time you are sure be on the time. If is it just one time Capital One probable not charge you. But you need contact with them - write letter. good luck!
