I was told that you can't warm chicken in a roaster because it would burn, I'm running out of options. I really need some info quick!

Steam it. place some water in a large pan on the stove. Bring it to a boil. Put a wire rack on top of the pan and set the chicken on top and cover with a large lid. Give it a few minutes in the steam and it should be nice and warm.

if you warm chicken in the oven or toaster oven, it will turn out crispier than if you were to heat it in the microwave... in the microwave it will turn out more mushy (this all depends on the kind of chicken you're trying to heat) I think you can warm it in a roaster, just keep an eye on it.

I've done this before at work when taking leftover chicken (or whatever). Wrap it in foil and put it on your coffee pot burner. Be sure to check it and turn it. Believe it or not, it can burn. But, this is a slow process and takes awhile. I'd put it on while I worked and by the time it got done, I'd be ready to eat.

The micro is the best because it doesn't dry out.
Otherwise place in a roasting pan, add a little water to the bottom only to keep it from drying out...then cover and heat till warm.

If you need to put it in the toaster oven, put a little sauce of some sort (marinade, teriyaki sauce, etc) on it to keep it from drying out.

Or, smother it in some BBQ, tomato sauce, or gravy and bring to a boil on the stovetop.

Grill them up with some BBQ sauce. Or if you don't have a grill a skillet will work too. YUMMY!
