No particular credit card will add prestige or points to your credit score. You can use any credit card responsibly, and it will enhance your score over time. You credit history and credit score are more about using your money and credit responsibly than about having the "right" accounts. There are plenty of cards without annual fees available in the market today. Check out bankrate.com for more information on credit card selection. Chase.com also has a variety of rewards cards available, and you can choose one that suits your interests.

There are none that add points to your credit score. That is based on how much credit you have; the percentage of it you have used; and how well you have repaid it.
