I would only serve again if it is a justified war. Personally I think Iraq is another Vietnam, but in the Dessert. There will be no end. I support our troops 100% ,Regardless of my personal opinion.

Ye si would but I am still in (13 Years). I got out and after 5 years could not being a civilian anymore. I needed the structure, Stability, and commradery of the army. I joined back up and have not regretted any minute of it.

I'm 23 now, I have been in the Army for 5 years now and if I had the chance I would do it all over again. The Army has given me so much, everything from College money to confidence. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for adventure, travel and something different.

In a heartbeat! I spent 30 years in my beloved Marine Corps fighting for this great country, I enlisted in 1967, was in Khe San in 1968, and a hell of allot of places in between, Retired in 1997 as a MGSGT. I would go back but I don't think my tired old body could handle it! God Bless the young men and women that are fighting for us now! You are all in my prayers, Thank You! Semper Fi.

Yes, I am 44 and they would not let me, This is WWIII and would gladly trade my life, to have done this right 12 years ago, when I was there for any boy now. These brave men, the same heros that in the first 3 weeks of Normady invasion gave 48,000 to give us freedom are the same, YES

I would. Why? I don't know, I guess you can say I miss the camaraderie with my fellow Marines or just smoking and joking as the sun came up over the dusty horizon and the taste of the stale cigarette that has been sent to you from overseas. It's a multiple answer, but it's the best one I got!

One of my biggest regrets is that I went to some obscure small, third tier state school instead of the military when I came out of high school.
I would join the National Guard right now if it actually did what it was suppose to (State security/order, civil defense, etc...)
