I have fruity loops 4.0 and the sounds provided are samples, so they're not the best. But my keyboard has really good sounds and a MIDI hookup. How can I use those intruments?

If your computer has a MIDI input then that would be great if none then the "earphones-out" of your keyboard would be OK, you need to plug it to the audio-in/line-in of your computer. You also need to get an audio recorder that captures the sound from your soundcard. Try CoolEdit, I have the original version but I think Adobe purchased this software now. It's the best editing software I've ever used. To record: you need to connect your keyboard to your computer(by midi or by audio-out/audio-in) go to control panel>audio settings>recodring> then select the source. Set the level to 25-40% then start recording using CoolEdit. There are lots of freeware recorders available from the web.
