What could it mean if someone (a potential love interest) gives you a:
1. Kiss on the Forehead vs. 2. Kiss on the Cheek vs. 3. Kiss on the Lips
What if it was from someone (seen before) whom you've never "formally" met but did this when they recognized you at a certain place where you both happened to be ?
Just curious.....I know...I know--there are better questions to ask in life--but hey.

Usually, a kiss on the cheek is a form of high etiquette standards to ladies and could mean almost nothing. A kiss on the forehead is a polite way of saying "Next time if you give me the green light, i'm going to kiss you on the lips". A kiss on the lips the first time is being a little bit too foward and probably means one night stand but you'll know when it's truly alright for a guy to kiss you on the first date. You must be absolutely feeling it..
It sounds to me like somebody likes someone..........it's not just curiosity, is it?

1: Kiss on the forehead - that is equavalent to the kiss you give you kids when you tuck them in bed at night....very innocent
2. Kiss on the cheek - formal kiss usually received by family at family functions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. The whole peck, peck on the cheek thing. Grandma kiss I call it....Can also be a polite way of kissing someone when you don't know how to approach them and don't want to offend them too....
3. Kiss on the lips means business....this person is into you...whether it was closed mouth or a french kiss, it was still an intimate moment that was meant to send you a clear signal that this person likes you....
It wasn't such a bad question....sometimes body language is confusing....

1. Is almost a handshake, but friendly.
2. Is what you do to someone, you know better, perhaps a good friend, or family member.
3. Is more affectionate, and depending on the length of the kiss, can be friendly family type kiss. But if he isn't family, then it means he likes you a lot, and probably, looking to go further.

Some people kiss as a matter of greetings. Others only kiss for love.
Unless you are dating, it might mean nothing. Even, then, if dating, it takes time to develop real love.
Some people kiss as a come-on. One might ask that person if the kiss was just a greeting, a friendly thing, or were they trying to say something more. Ask!...be brave.

to me a kiss on the forehead is just kinda like " your just my friend" a kiss on the cheek is like "I adore you!" And a kiss on the lips mite mean " I love you!"
