Well, I liked this guy first and she never started to like him untill I did. Same with all the other guys I like/liked. Im thinking about asking him out and I don't want that to change our friendship

This a typically thing with competive girls they like someone just beacuse someone else does.She is not that great of friend so go after the guy and forget about your unloyal and competitive friend.

She is competing with you. Talk to her and tell her you are aware that she is competing with you for guys you like and ask her to back off and get her own boyfriends, boys that you are not interested in. If she does not, get yourself another friend.
