are you drinking enough water in a day? are you taking in more sodium or any new perscriptions or weight loss pills of anykind?
When you exercise your body looses water and minerals(electrliytes) You should drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day! and maybe take magnesium, potassium andcalcium supplements. Also if you've been eating more vegies this can cause more gas which can cause more bloating! Also you may have an underling problem , maybe you should see a doctor!

Are you drinking enough water? If you are dehydrated, your body will retain it's own water and will get you bloated. Exercise makes you sweat and become dehydrated.

Retaining water. Drink a lot of water. The more you drink, the less your body will retain.

Are you dead? Usually only dead people experience bloating.
