My roomate discusses such ordinary things. I get affected by it. My mind is always on Him. I'm not sure what to do about it.
He goes around the house naked on occasion, and if I say anything about it, he'll suggest I move out. Sometimes I don't mind, but other times it poses an issue, like he'll scratch himself while I'm doing work which is awful distracting.

I don't know enough about your situation or relationship to "him" to answer. Depending upon where you are living, you may have no legal recourse. If he doesn't have the common decency to keep some clothes on while you're around, the only thing to do is move out.

There are plenty of other roommates out there. You need to take the animal's advice and book up out of there.
But before you do, be sure to snap a picture of him naked and post it on a public forum. Hehe.

If he doesn't care about your opinions or feeling when it comes to sharing a house, then don't care about paying rent next month and find a new place.
