Nature's Miracle - the only one without a huge flowery scent of it's own, and in the 7 years I've been using it, has never taken the color out of the carpet or upholstery (like the cheaper neutralizer did. grrrr)
You can also put it in the laundry along with the soap to wash bedding and towels.

Make sure you use a cleaner that does not have ammonia in it, it actually attracts the animal back to the same spot.
Consider buying a bissel little green clean machine, the small ones run around 40 to 50 bucks, well worth the money, when you have a pet.
Start taking your dog out every half an hour and praise with treats when they do go outside. Keep an eye on them, they will want to go to the bathroom after playing or running around.
Some animals mark their territory, if this is happening then you have to keep an eye on your dog and as soon as it starts sniffing around, take it outside. Again praise with treats.
House training is one of the hardest things to teach, but with patience and persistence, you can do it.

First, part of it may just be habit. If possible, try placing furniture or something over the areas so she can't get to them.
Have you tried Nature's Miracle? I haven't used it personally, but it gets high recommendations from those who have.
I use "Out!" which I found at Kroger's and WalMart. It is an enzyme cleaner which purportedly actually digests the urine or other material. It seems to work great, even with cat pee. It comes in a white sprayer bottle with a hot pink and yellow label with a drawing of a cat and a dog holding their noses.
Good luck--this is the hardest part of owning dogs, I think!

Darling little animals precise? I had a similar situation so i concept new carpet and pad precise? properly the animals went precise back to a similar spot and did a similar element! i'd steam sparkling the carpet and per chance make investments in a small Bissell steam purifier. they have one it really is about 30 funds and in no way very huge works large. there's a product stated as puppy and toddlers stain that smells good and also you'll purely pour it instant and step on it with a sparkling towel. i take advantage of Lysol even as mandatory even with the undeniable fact that it really is a consistent interest. I placed my dogs in a metallic kennel now when I leave the living house. the finest way is to be puppy loose yet heck they're so sweet, loving and wonderful you realize?

Spot Shot works as does vinager water. The vinager helps with the odor of urine and the Spot Shot works with the number 2 stains. There are several alternatives but ultimately it is up to you. Be sure to rub her nose in it and tell her firmly (without going overboard, striking a puppy is a huge step back) that it is a 'no-no'. She should get the idea fairly quickly. Happy training!

Spray LOTS and LOTS of Lysol aerosol directly on to the stain, as though it were a liquid, let sit for a couple of minutes, then blot the heck out of it with white paper towels, until the paper towel will pick up no more liquid. I have tried everything, and this works best for me--especially on old urine stains.

I used Pet's Friend stain and odor remover. It worked well. Just soak up the urine and spray it on and it doesnt smell. Also, for stains you can spray a little more and scrub lightly to remove it.
